    Cut the washed spinach leaves into not very wide ribbons and place the slices in a salad bowl or bowl.

    Thaw the puff pastry, spread it on a work surface and cut out a circle with a diameter 4-6 cm larger than the baking pan. Place the circle of dough in the pan, going over the sides and forming a small border for the filling. If desired, the top of the edging can be trimmed with a pizza cutter or pressed with a fork. The mold does not need to be greased, since the dough already contains a large percentage of fat.

    In a separate deep salad bowl or bowl, beat chicken eggs with salt and ground black pepper, add sour cream of any fat content, finely chopped smoked cheese. Instead of smoked cheese, you can use Druzhba processed cheese if you first freeze it for 20 minutes in the freezer and then grate it on a coarse grater. Mix the contents of the salad bowl thoroughly.

    Add chopped spinach to the egg mixture and mix again. In this step, you can add a little chicken seasoning and other spices.

    Pour the filling into the middle of the pan onto the puff pastry. Preheat the oven to 200 C and place the mold with the workpiece in it. Bake for about 25 minutes until golden brown. If the dough swells during baking, pierce it with a knife or wooden skewer, releasing the air.

    Once the pie is properly baked, chop any hard cheese and sprinkle it on the surface of the dish. Bake for another 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts. Remove and cool to room temperature. Only then remove the cake itself from the mold.

    Cut into portions and serve with a cup of aromatic tea or garlic sauce, classic thick yogurt.

From puff pastry without yeast purchased 500g. Spinach 120g. Cheese 200. Wash the spinach and then cut it into small pieces, mix 1 white with an egg, roll out the dough, put the spinach on top, sprinkle it with cheese, cover it with dough and brush it with yolk)) Bake it in a well-heated gas oven at 180 degrees. I didn’t remove the baking sheet from below for 20 minutes and put water on it. I really love pies made from puff pastry, simple and tasty😉
