  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

Beat the egg with a fork (or whisk). Add sour cream, chopped garlic clove, salt, pepper. You can add any other spices to your taste. Grate the cheese on a fine grater, and the sausage too (or grind in a blender). I cut the pita bread into 4 pieces at once, so that it would fit on the board, so as not to scratch the countertop during further cutting of the pita bread into “chips”).

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

So, then I grease the pita bread with the resulting mixture of sour cream, eggs and spices. It’s better not to overdo it here, because... The pita bread becomes limp quickly and then sticks to the baking sheet. I sprinkle lavash greased with sauce with cheese - for cheese chips, or with sausage. I cut the resulting sheet into squares (or whatever your imagination is, I have enough imagination for squares)). I cover the baking sheet with parchment, I DO NOT grease it (so as not to add extra calories)

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Bake in an oven preheated to 180-200*C for 7-10 minutes, no more. And voila healthy chips are ready! Well, almost healthy, if you don’t take into account the sausage))). Delicious both warm and chilled.
