First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare a flavorful jellied pie with chicken and mushrooms.
STEP 2
To prepare shortcrust pastry, take a large bowl and a fine sieve, then sift two hundred grams of premium wheat flour into the bowl, then pour half a teaspoon of salt, half a teaspoon of baking powder, one teaspoon of sugar into it, add a little coriander and mix all the dry ingredients .
STEP 3
Place one hundred grams of softened butter in a bowl with dry ingredients and grind all the ingredients together until you get sandy crumbs.
STEP 4
Break one chicken egg into a bowl with shortbread crumbs and mix all the ingredients until the dough is homogeneous and has the required consistency.
