To prepare a delicious oriental dish with filling, we prepare the necessary products and spices.

We begin preparing the choux pastry and pour three hundred milliliters of boiling water into a large bowl.

Add one teaspoon of salt to a bowl of boiling water.
STEP 4
Pour thirty grams of vegetable oil into a bowl and mix well.
STEP 5
Pour five hundred and fifty grams of flour into a bowl and mix.
STEP 6
Break and add one chicken egg to the bowl.
STEP 7
Knead the dough into a bowl and gather it into a ball.
STEP 8
Place the dough on a floured table and knead well for three minutes, after which we put it in a plastic bag for thirty minutes.

Place five hundred grams of cooked minced meat in a deep bowl.
STEP 10
Finely chop and chop one onion.
STEP 11
Place the chopped onion in a bowl with the minced meat.
STEP 12
Add coriander, cumin, salt, and a mixture of peppers to the bowl with minced meat and onions to taste.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly in a bowl.

Divide the minced meat into two approximately equal parts, then put one hundred and fifty grams of sauerkraut into one of the bowls with minced meat and mix.

To prepare the second type of filling, grate one potato on a coarse grater.

Mix all the ingredients well in a bowl.

To prepare the sauce, place two tablespoons of homemade red adjika in a small bowl.

Add two tablespoons of green homemade adjika to the bowl.

Chop some greens to taste and desire.

Place the chopped greens in a bowl with adjika.

Mix all ingredients well in a bowl.

Place the dough on the table, sprinkle it with a small amount of flour and knead thoroughly, then divide it into two approximately equal parts.

Roll out each piece of dough to a flat cake two millimeters thick.

Give each flatbread a stretched shape.

Place it on the flatbread and spread the first type of minced meat filling with sauerkraut in an even layer.

Carefully roll the flatbread with filling into a tight roll.

Place the roll in the mantyshnitsa section with holes greased with a small amount of oil.

Prepare the second roll stuffed with minced meat and potatoes in the same way as the first, place it in the section with holes and glue its ends together.

Pour water into the lower section of the mantyshnitsa, bring it to a boil and place trays with rolls, then close the sections on top with a lid and steam the dish for forty to fifty minutes, depending on the size of the rolls.
