    Add flour, baking powder and knead the dough. Do not add all the flour at once; rely on the consistency of the dough as you knead. It should stop sticking to your hands, but remain soft. You may need more or less flour than the amount stated in the recipe.

I cooked PP khachapuri in a frying pan for breakfast. Excellent, appetizing, quick and tasty breakfast! The egg was divided into yolk and white. Mixed the protein with cottage cheese and added salt. Added rice flour, baking powder, stirred and kneaded the dough. I shaped the dough into a boat shape and placed it in the pan. I fried it on one side and turned it over. Sprinkled with grated cheese. I made a small well in the middle and poured in the yolk. Only I was in a hurry and the yolk spread. But this did not change the taste at all, only the appearance. Mm.. it turned out delicious 👍I highly recommend trying it 😊 and thanks to the author for the recipe 😘
