Hello! Today I baked your simple and very tasty kefir pie with chicken. We have a large family, so we increased the number of servings to 12, the baking dish was 26 cm. I had 200 g of boiled potatoes left, I decided to cut them into thin slices and added them to the filling for the chicken and on top of it. I like the slightly sweet flavor in the dough, I added 1 tablespoon of sugar. Well, I prefer to mix soda with flour, then the reaction occurs after mixing with liquid ingredients. Due to the fact that the consistency of the dough is like thick sour cream, the filling is evenly enveloped and nothing spills out. Chicken fillet, just the right amount. When I was frying the filling, my youngest daughter came into the kitchen and asked: “What does this smell so delicious?” I didn’t add pepper, after all, children, I really like the combination of oregano with chicken, it’s aromatic and there’s no bitterness, a pinch is enough. I baked the pie for about 45 minutes. The mass of the finished pie came out to 1150 g. There is very little dough in the finished pie, but it’s very tasty, next time I’ll try to make more dough for the same amount of filling, it’s very tasty and fluffy.
