Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1
Prepare the ingredients for baking.
STEP 2
Place all dough ingredients in a mixing bowl.
STEP 3
Cook in "Blender" mode, speed - 4, time - 1 minute.
STEP 4
Roll the dough into a ball and place in the refrigerator for 40 minutes.
STEP 5
Divide the dough into 15 portions, roll into balls, roll them in flour and refrigerate for another 10 minutes.
STEP 6
Place all filling ingredients in a mixing bowl (check for seeds!).
STEP 7
Grind the filling in "Blender" mode, speed - 5, time - 30 seconds.
STEP 8
Dust the table with flour and roll out each dough ball into a layer 3-4 mm thick, add the filling and form triangles with an open middle.
STEP 9
Transfer the gomentash preparations to a baking sheet.
STEP 10
Bake gomentash in an oven preheated to 200C for 30 minutes. Check readiness.
STEP 11
Transfer the baked sweets to a flat dish, sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve as a hot snack.
