Blackcurrant jam is interesting for this pie because it makes the dough brown like cocoa, although cocoa is not added to it at all. Then add the sifted flour. Stir until smooth. The dough should be thick like sour cream.

    Place the dough in a greased form and immediately place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden toothpick.
