A simple, economical, quick and delicious tea pie! Sometimes you want something sweet for your tea, but you don’t have time and don’t want to spend a lot of time making dough. A simple sweet kefir pie is suitable for this occasion. The products necessary for preparing this baking are always available in the refrigerator. And it is prepared very simply and quickly, it turns out very tasty and sweet.

STEP 1

Preparing the ingredients.

Beat sugar with eggs until completely dissolved. Pour kefir into the egg mixture, add soda, stir until the reaction occurs.
STEP 3

Pour in melted butter, jam, you can use absolutely any sweet jam, preferably seedless. Blackcurrant jam is interesting for this pie because it makes the dough brown like cocoa, although cocoa is not added to it at all. Then add the sifted flour. Stir until smooth. The dough should be thick like sour cream.
STEP 4

Place the dough in a greased form and immediately place it in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Bake for about 40 minutes. Check the readiness of the pie with a wooden toothpick.
STEP 5

Remove the pie, cool slightly and serve with tea. Enjoy your tea!
