I made dumplings, boiled them, fried them in vegetable oil on both sides, poured them with a lightly beaten egg and, under the lid, finished cooking the omelet. It turned out fast and tasty. A simple and unpretentious dinner for the whole family. I didn’t make homemade dumplings, but used ready-made ones that were left over from dinner.
