Haddock fish fried in marinade

For this recipe, I fillet the fish, removing the skin and bones.

Then I roll the fillet pieces in flour.
STEP 4

And fry it in vegetable oil.
STEP 5

Place in a container.

I prepare the marinade: to do this, I peel the onion and cut it into strips.
STEP 7

I do the same with carrots.
STEP 8

I wash the parsley and chop it finely, fry all these ingredients in vegetable oil.
STEP 9

After this, add tomato puree and fry for about 10 minutes.
STEP 10

Then I add either fish broth or water, 3% vinegar, black pepper, and also add cinnamon and cloves.
STEP 11

Leave on low heat for about 20 minutes.
STEP 12

At the very end, add a pinch of salt, bay leaf and sugar to taste. I place the fried fish in a beautiful dish and, if desired, add marinade, although the marinade can be served separately in a small saucer. When serving, you can garnish this delicious meal with green onions and parsley. Fried haddock is ready! Bon appetit!
