Greek salmon with tzatziki sauce
A wonderful fish dish in less than half an hour! Real jam!
Step-by-step preparation
Cooking time: 25 mins
STEP 1
Cut the salmon fillet into portions. Sprinkle each piece with a mixture of peppers.
STEP 2
Coat with olive oil. Now transfer our salmon to a baking sheet, previously covered with foil or baking paper, greased with olive oil. Place our dish in an oven preheated to 230 degrees for 15 minutes.
STEP 3
While the salmon is baking, prepare the sauce.
STEP 4
To do this, put the ingredients for the sauce in one plate and beat well.
STEP 5
When the fish is ready, serve it to the table along with the sauce.

Wow, I make this sauce all the time, both as a drink and as a sauce, I didn’t know it was Greek tzatziki. You can grate the cucumber into this sauce on a coarse grater, then it will be completely homogeneous, and the yogurt should be without any additives. The recipe contains a very delicate combination of fish and sauce, suitable both as a dietary dish and for children. I recommend it to all housewives, the dish turns out no worse than in a Greek restaurant)
