Wow, I make this sauce all the time, both as a drink and as a sauce, I didn’t know it was Greek tzatziki. You can grate the cucumber into this sauce on a coarse grater, then it will be completely homogeneous, and the yogurt should be without any additives. The recipe contains a very delicate combination of fish and sauce, suitable both as a dietary dish and for children. I recommend it to all housewives, the dish turns out no worse than in a Greek restaurant)

In the photo, I think it’s celery, not cucumbers... What’s better to add?
