Another option for making my favorite funchose! Making funchose salad with Korean carrots and cucumber is easy and simple, and the taste is great. I made the seasoning myself, mixing spices to my taste: coriander, smoked paprika, black and red pepper, basil and sea salt. I grated carrots and cucumbers for Korean salads. Funchoza was steamed for 10 minutes, after which it was washed with cold boiled water. I agree that it is enough for funchose to be soaked in garlic oil from carrots to acquire a great taste. I had some funchose and wanted to make a funchose salad with Korean carrots and cucumber, the recipe for which I found on the website. Minimum time, minimal ingredients, but the result is awesome. Funchoza was poured with boiling water for 10 minutes. At this time, I cut the cucumber into long strips and drained the liquid from the Korean carrots. I poured the water from the funchose and put it in a salad bowl. Added cucumber and Korean carrots and mixed. I let it brew and soak in the salad for about 10 minutes. I mixed it again.
