STEP 1
How to make funchose salad with Korean carrots and cucumber? Prepare the following ingredients. You can take Korean-style carrots ready-made from the store, or you can prepare them yourself at home - it’s a simple process. You will need fresh cucumbers; you can take three short ones or two medium ones. To prepare funchose, put water to boil.
STEP 2
Funchoza must be prepared according to the instructions on the package. Remove the funchose from the packaging and place the required amount in a deep bowl. Pour boiling water over the noodles to the very top so that they are completely submerged. Leave the noodles in boiling water for 10 - 15 minutes, turning occasionally. You need to watch it so that it doesn't boil over.
STEP 3
Place the finished glass noodles in a colander to drain excess liquid. If desired, the noodles can be cut into several pieces, or you can leave them in their original form. It is more convenient to cut it with scissors. You can also rinse the noodles with cold water.
STEP 4
For the salad, take a deep bowl or salad bowl. Place the cooled funchose in a salad bowl.
STEP 5
Add Korean carrots to the bowl of noodles, after washing off all the juice and oil.
STEP 6
Wash fresh cucumbers, dry and cut into thin strips. To do this, you can use a Korean carrot grater or cut it with a knife. You can also use a vegetable cutter to cut the cucumber into long, thin slices, and then cut into thin strips.
STEP 7
Mix the salad thoroughly. To dress the salad, you can use soy sauce, Korean carrot dressing, or oil from cooking Korean carrots to taste. For my taste, this salad is good even without the addition of extraneous dressing - carrots give a very rich aroma, change the color of the noodles and add funchose piquancy to the tasteless noodles. Let the finished salad stand for 10 minutes so that the noodles are soaked. Bon appetit!
