How to make frozen mushrooms in a frying pan? Prepare the necessary ingredients for this. For cooking, you can use any frozen mushrooms. I have wild mushrooms that were boiled for about 30 minutes and frozen. But you can use frozen champignons instead. I freeze the mushrooms in bags.
STEP 2

You can defrost mushrooms in different ways. Can be left at room temperature for several hours. You can place it in warm water without removing the bag. Or you can use the microwave. Place the mushrooms in a bowl and microwave for 2-3 minutes. They will melt a little and it will be possible to remove the package from them.
STEP 3

Return the mushrooms to the microwave for another 3-5 minutes to thaw completely. Excess water must be drained from the mushrooms.
STEP 4

Heat a frying pan until hot and pour in a little vegetable oil. Place the mushrooms and fry them for 3-5 minutes so that excess moisture has time to evaporate.
STEP 5

Peel the carrots, rinse to remove dirt and grate. Add carrots to mushrooms. Fry for another 1-2 minutes.
STEP 6

At this time, peel and finely chop the onion.
STEP 7

Place the chopped onion in the pan with the mushrooms. Mix everything. Add salt and a little spice to taste. You can use ground pepper as spices. You should not add unnecessary aromas, otherwise they will interrupt the natural aroma of the mushrooms.

Cover the pan with a lid and cook the mushrooms over low heat for another 5 minutes. Then remove the pan from the heat, arrange the mushrooms on plates and serve hot. Bon appetit!
