How to quickly prepare zucchini pancakes with garlic and dill, which are sure to please many for their wonderful taste? First of all, we prepare the necessary products for preparing an excellent summer dish of young zucchini with garlic.
STEP 2

To prepare pancakes, take a large grater and grate one kilogram of two hundred grams of young zucchini into a large bowl, which then let stand for five minutes.
STEP 3

Squeeze the grated zucchini well with your hands in two steps and get rid of excess liquid, then transfer to a second large bowl.
STEP 4

Take a small bowl and break two chicken eggs into it, then add half a teaspoon of salt to it and, breaking up the protein threads, thoroughly mix the eggs until smooth.

Take the required amount of dill to taste, which you then chop quite finely.

Pour the prepared egg mixture into the bowl with the grated and squeezed zucchini.
