STEP 1
How to fry oyster mushrooms in a frying pan with onions? Prepare the specified products according to the list. It is better to take fresh mushrooms, and in the store choose ones with an even color and texture. I will fry them with onions; you can supplement this dish with carrots, garlic, and also diversify it with sour cream or cream. Prepare a frying pan for frying mushrooms.
STEP 2
Rinse the oyster mushrooms under running cold water, removing any debris. Place the washed mushrooms in a colander to drain excess liquid. I will simply fry them, but some do not allow frying raw mushrooms and must boil them first. There is no need to boil the oyster mushrooms, but if you have doubts, boil them for about five minutes.
STEP 3
