Fried dough donuts with cocoa
Soft and airy donuts, quickly fried in oil. Chocolate donuts are a very tasty baked product that can be deep-fried. It is recommended to chill the dough for 1-2 hours. Thanks to this, it will be denser and easier to work with, the dough is no longer so sticky. Flavored donuts can be served with a cup of black tea, a glass of milk or lemonade.

Ingredients

Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Prepare all products.
STEP 2

Whisk the egg and sugar.
STEP 3

Melt the butter and add to the dough along with kefir.
STEP 4

Mix flour with cocoa, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
STEP 5

Pour the dry mass into the dough and mix.
STEP 6

Knead into a thick dough with a spoon. It is sticky; to cool, place in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
STEP 7

Roll out the dough into a layer 1 cm thick. Cut out large circles and small ones in the middle.
STEP 8

Fry the donuts in hot oil on both sides until golden brown.
STEP 9

Place donuts on a paper napkin.
STEP 10

Add water to powdered sugar and stir until smooth.
STEP 11

Cover warm donuts with icing sugar and serve. Bon appetit!
