I made fluffy donuts using kefir. From my experience, I would like to add that it is better to take kefir even slightly warmed up, and after adding soda, pay attention so that it quenches well (kefir bubbles finely when stirred). If kefir is not acidic enough, you can add literally a few drops of lemon juice or citric acid diluted in water. It took me almost three glasses of flour, the dough turned out soft. When frying, it rises, the donuts turn out plump))). They are not too sweet and the dusting of powdered sugar is very appropriate. Additionally, you can serve them with jam or honey (for those who like it sweeter). Thanks to the author for a simple, successful recipe!
