Excellent hearty flatbreads with filling and crispy crust! The flatbreads cook very quickly, they turn out very tasty, and as a filling you can use not only mozzarella, but also any other cheese or cottage cheese, or just eggs with herbs or mushrooms, in general, whatever you like!
