For the dough, sift the flour with salt and soda. We warm the kefir slightly, it should be lukewarm (this way it will react much easier with soda), melt the butter and add to the kefir
STEP 3

Make a well in the flour and add kefir and butter. Knead a soft, very pleasant dough. If it gets too sticky, add a little flour.
STEP 4

Leave the finished dough to rest for 10-15 minutes.
STEP 5

Let's start with the filling

Cut the hard-boiled eggs into small cubes, grate the cheese, finely chop the onion, mix everything, our filling is ready
STEP 7

Divide the dough into 7 equal balls. Roll each ball into a flat cake
STEP 8

Place the filling in the middle of the flatbread
STEP 9

And pinch it back into a ball. Now very carefully but confidently roll it out into a thin cake.
STEP 10

Fry the flatbreads either in a dry frying pan or in a greased frying pan, for a few minutes on each side until golden brown. If you fry in a dry frying pan. then grease the finished cake with butter. Our flatbreads are ready, bon appetit!
