Fish soup in a slow cooker
Healthy fish soup, easy and quick to prepare! . After salting the trout, the trimmings remained - head, tail, meat, ridges. All this wealth made a wonderful, rich soup. You can make soup from steaks, but the most flavorful broth comes from bones and heads, and the meat will make the soup fatty.
Step-by-step preparation
STEP 1

Required ingredients. Turn on the multicooker in frying mode in advance.
STEP 2

Cut the onion into cubes and fry in oil.
STEP 3

Grate the carrots on a coarse grater. Fry along with onions.
STEP 4

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Place into the multicooker bowl.
STEP 5

Rinse the fish well. Remove the gills and eyes from the head. Place in a slow cooker.
STEP 6

Add washed rice, salt and pepper.
STEP 7

To fill with water. Cook in soup mode for one hour.

Fish soup in a slow cooker is prepared very simply and quickly. There is minimal dirty dishes left after cooking. For the soup, I took the head and tail of a mullet. I cooked it with one liter of water (my multicooker bowl can’t fit more). The soup turned out tasty, quite thick, a little sweet from the carrots. The broth had a rich fishy taste. I love fish soup! I salt fish often and store spare parts in the freezer. I cook the broth separately, with the onion in the husk, carrots and roots.
