Fish salad without mayonnaise with avocado and pears

Ingredients

STEP 1

Prepare the necessary products. Boil the eggs hard and cool.
STEP 2

Peel the boiled eggs and cut into strips or cubes. Cut one egg into slices for decoration.
STEP 3

Separate the fish pieces from the bones and break them into small pieces.
STEP 4

Pour the marinade into a separate container and add a few drops of lemon juice; if necessary, season with spices (pepper, salt).
STEP 5

Cut the tomatoes into small cubes.
STEP 6

Peel and seed the avocado and pear, cut into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice to prevent them from darkening.
STEP 7

On a dish I put a layer of chicken eggs on it, a layer of pear, then place the fish. I put a layer of avocado and tomato on top.
STEP 8

I pour over the marinade that the fish was in.
STEP 9

I decorate the salad with pine nuts. I decorate the edges of the salad with slices of boiled eggs and tomatoes. I decorate the center of the salad with a sprig of herbs.
