STEP 1

We prepare all the ingredients.
STEP 2

Salt the fish and add your favorite seasoning. Puree the spinach using a blender.
STEP 3

Add curd cheese and mix well. Salt and pepper to taste.

Let's start preparing the puff pastry. Sift the flour into a deep bowl, roll the chilled butter in flour and grate. The result is butter-flour crumbs. Add salt and vinegar to the cooled water, mix and gradually add to the butter and flour crumbs. We collect the dough into one lump; there is no need to knead it. Shape it into a brick, wrap it in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for one hour.

Roll out the dough and cut into squares.

Place the fish on the dough.
STEP 7

Place spinach and cheese mixture on top of the fish.
STEP 8

Cover with a square of dough and pinch the edges.
STEP 9

Line a baking tray with baking paper, lay out the fish, coat the top with beaten yolk and sprinkle with sesame seeds (optional)
