Fish and potato sticks

Ingredients: Boil potatoes in salted water until tender.

While the potatoes are boiling, wash the fish fillet, dry it, and pass it through a meat grinder. I took pollock fillet.

When the potatoes are ready, mash them, adding a little butter.
STEP 4

Finely chop the parsley. Instead of parsley, you can use your favorite herbs and spices.
STEP 5

Grate the cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 6

Add one beaten egg, fish fillet, cheese, herbs to slightly cooled potatoes, add salt to taste and mix everything well.
STEP 7

We form a rectangular layer.
STEP 8

Cut it into sticks approximately 9*3 cm in size.
STEP 9

Beat the second egg. Dip each stick in an egg.
STEP 10

Next we bread it in breadcrumbs.
STEP 11

Place on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil. Bake at 180 degrees. about 20 minutes until golden brown.
STEP 12

So the sticks turned red.
