Step-by-step preparation

Boil water and cook the pasta until cooked. Clean the shrimp, add pepper and salt to them, mix.

Now we need to thoroughly roll our shrimp in flour.

Next, melt the olive and vegetable oil in a frying pan, add a layer of shrimp and fry them over high heat until golden brown.

This will take us about 3 minutes for each side.

Now transfer the shrimp to a plate.
STEP 6

And pour the broth into the same pan. Let's boil it for about 5 minutes. We need to ensure that the fried pieces of shrimp leave the bottom of the pan. You can help them with this with a spatula.
STEP 7

While stirring, add cream to the broth. The cream in the broth should thicken. This will take about 5 minutes.
STEP 8

Then add seasonings to your taste.
STEP 9

Add pasta and shrimp to the sauce. Our dish is ready!

I've never been a fan of shrimp at all. Now I understand - this is because I haven’t tried deliciously cooked shrimp. I tried to cook according to this recipe, adding a mixture of peppers and some Provençal herbs from the seasonings. The shrimp turned out to be moderately crispy, and when combined with the creamy pasta, they were very tender and tasty. Real jam!
