STEP 1
Our ingredients, besides them we also need about 3 tbsp vegetable oil. l. spoons, as well as a piece of butter - about 20 g. You can use any pasta, from fettuccine to regular cones. To begin with, in addition to the ingredients, we will prepare 2 frying pans and one pan with plenty of water in which we will boil the pasta.
STEP 2
While the pasta is cooking, let's make the sauce. Cut the smoked meats (anyone) into thin slices, cut the onion into cubes.
STEP 3
In a mixture of butter and vegetable oil (or just vegetable oil), fry the bacon and onions, fry until the onions are tender.
STEP 4
Meanwhile, cut the chicken fillet into medium cubes and fry in a well-heated frying pan until cooked (about 5 minutes depending on the size of the pieces). If there is a lot of meat and the frying pan is small, we fry the chicken in parts; we need to fry it, and not simmer it in its own juices.
STEP 5
Add chicken to the fried onions.
STEP 6
And pour the cream, add salt, pepper, if desired, you can add a little dried basil, stir, bring the mixture to a boil and cook for 5 minutes (maybe a little longer) until the sauce thickens slightly.
STEP 7
Place the finished pasta in a colander.
STEP 8
And add to the sauce. Stir, place the finished pasta on plates and serve immediately!
STEP 9
Sprinkle the finished pasta with grated parmesan and fresh herbs on top! Bon appetit!
