    How to fry eggplants with walnuts and garlic? First, prepare the products according to the list. Choose spices to your taste, I took Caucasian herbs. Take any greens too; dill, cilantro or parsley will do.

    Wash the eggplants thoroughly, cut into rings and sprinkle with salt to remove bitterness, leave for about 10 minutes. Cut them into slices if you want to make eggplant rolls, or if you prefer this way of cutting. Determine the thickness of the slices to your taste. Optimally from 7 mm.

    Rinse the eggplants with cold water to remove salt and pat dry with a towel.

    Toss the eggplants with salt, pepper and herbs and leave for 5 minutes.

    Place the eggplants in a preheated frying pan with vegetable oil and fry over medium heat until golden brown.

I really liked the eggplant with walnuts and garlic. This addition to fried eggplant was new to me, but it turned out very tasty! The chopped walnuts and garlic were very aromatic and complemented the eggplants perfectly. Now I add this dish to my collection of favorite recipes.

Once upon a time, we prepared several cans during the season... Opened ones (rarely, since there were few of them :) were swept away in an instant! Now the preparations are gradually disappearing - there is no one to sweep away - everything has been on its own for a long time, and if you wish, you can always prepare it - everything is sold all year round. I'm just glad that I saw the recipe now and I really wanted it!!! I'll definitely do it tomorrow, thank you very much!
