You can make the minced meat yourself or buy it ready-made. The recipe calls for beef, but you can use any other or mixed one. Remove the skins from the tomatoes by pouring boiling water over them.

    Cut the washed eggplants into even slices 1 cm thick or a little more. Place them in a suitable container, add salt, mix and leave for half an hour. During this time, the eggplants will release bitter juice, which will need to be drained. Then rinse the vegetables with water and dry.

    Chop the onion finely. Divide the resulting mass into two equal parts.

    Combine one part of the onion with minced meat, salt and black pepper. Stir.

    Set aside the second part with finely chopped chili peppers and diced bell peppers. The sauce for our dish will be prepared from these vegetables.

    Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. And sauté the onions.
