Knead the dough, knead well - about 10-15 minutes. I often use a bread maker at this stage - it helps me a lot, but today I mix with my hands

Cover the dough with a bag or a damp towel and let it rest, during this time the gluten will swell and it will be even easier to work with, but for now let’s get to the filling

For the filling we will need: pork, lard, onion, a little water, salt and ground black pepper. You can take more or less amount of lard according to your taste, or do without it, because Khrumka has a very convenient function for changing the composition of products. My pork is lean, so I took about 200 g of lard - this way the filling will be juicier

Pass the meat, lard and onions through a meat grinder

Salt, pepper, add a little water for juiciness

Mix well and you can start making dumplings

Cut off part of the dough and roll it into a thin layer. This dough rolls out very well and practically does not stick to the table.
