STEP 1

STEP 5
Place in a deep baking dish (or duck casserole), I used a baking sleeve, tie the sleeve so as not to leave excess air in it, and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 2.5 - 3 hours. Roasting time depends on the size of the duck.
STEP 6
After 2 hours have passed, you need to cut the sleeve to brown the duck. Check for doneness by piercing the duck with a toothpick - the juice that comes out will be white.
STEP 7
Once browned, remove from the oven and let cool slightly. If desired, sprinkle with a little herbs. Done! Bon appetit!
