A very original vinaigrette! I tried to prepare it strictly according to the recipe. But there are still deviations... I didn’t have corn on the cob and I replaced it with regular one from a jar. Regular onions. I cut them into feathers and marinated them a little in apple cider vinegar .the rest is all according to the recipe! I really liked the salad. the mustard gave it such a bright, rich taste. The salad, although without potatoes, but the corn made it full. Many thanks to the author. the recipe is in my favorites!!!

znlena, very interesting, corn kernels - instead of carrots, they are juicy and give a new taste, I also add mustard, with it the vinaigrette is spicy and completely different, excellent!

And how could I not have guessed it myself! Everything ingenious is simple - replace potatoes with peas or beans. Thanks for the idea!
