STEP 1

Let's prepare the ingredients according to the list. Let's prepare shortbread dough as the basis for the flatbread. Place butter softened at room temperature in a deep bowl, beat in a chicken egg, add sugar and a pinch of vanillin.

Using a mixer, blender or hand whisk, mix the ingredients until smooth.
STEP 3

Pour sifted wheat flour combined with baking powder into a bowl with liquid.
STEP 4

Knead the elastic, smooth dough; you cannot knead shortbread dough for too long, otherwise it will become hard. Roll the dough into a log, place it in a bowl, cover with cling film and place in the refrigerator for half an hour.
STEP 5

In the meantime, prepare the ingredients for the cream and decoration of the dessert with fruit. It is better to use soft and natural cottage cheese, put it in a bowl, add a pinch of vanillin, sugar and a tablespoon of cream. Using a blender or fork, grind the ingredients until you obtain a homogeneous curd mass. Place the cream in the refrigerator while you prepare the base.
STEP 6

Wash fruits and berries; the berries do not have to be fresh; you can use frozen ones by defrosting them. Cut the cherries into two parts and remove the pits. Slice the strawberries into thin slices.
STEP 7

Apples, if their skin is hard, peel, cut out the seed pod, cut the pulp into thin slices so that they do not darken, you can sprinkle with lemon juice.
STEP 8

Take the rested dough out of the refrigerator, roll it into a thin layer along the diameter of the mold, I have a mold with a diameter of 16 cm. Place the base in a greased mold and send it to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 20 minutes.
STEP 9

Take out the finished cake and let it cool completely.
STEP 10

Spread the dough base with curd cream.
STEP 11

Place pieces of fruit and berries on top and decorate with mint leaves. If desired, you can sprinkle with grated chocolate and chopped nuts. The fruit dessert can be served immediately. Children will definitely like it; such a delicacy will take its rightful place on the children's holiday table. Bon appetit!
