STEP 1
To prepare delicious scrambled eggs for breakfast, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices.
STEP 2
Take two eggs and separate the white from the yolk.
STEP 3
Distribute the yolks and whites into different bowls.
STEP 4
Chop the cooked greens very finely and cut the sausage into small cubes.
STEP 5
Grate thirty grams of hard cheese on a fine grater.
STEP 6
Beat the egg whites in a bowl with a mixer, adding salt to taste.
STEP 7
Beat the whites until thick in an enamel, ceramic or glass bowl, never in an aluminum bowl, as the whites will turn grey.
STEP 8
Add chopped greens with chopped sausage to the bowl with whipped egg whites and mix very carefully with a spatula.
STEP 9
Grease the frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil and lay out the cooked protein with filling, dividing it into two approximately equal parts.
STEP 10
We make peculiar grooves in each part of the egg white with filling and add a little cheese and yolk to each of them.
STEP 11
Add a little more cheese to each of the filled egg whites, add a mixture of peppers to taste, then add the remaining cheese again and garnish with a pinch of paprika.

Turn on the stove over medium heat, place the frying pan and, closing the lid, leave to cook for ten minutes, then turn off the stove and leave for about another five minutes until the scrambled eggs are fully cooked.
