Separate the yolk from the white. Place the egg white in the refrigerator for a while, so it will whip better.

Grind the yolk with sugar and vanilla, add cottage cheese.

Add flour and baking powder to the curd mixture.

Mix everything well, you can beat it a little with a whisk

Add a pinch of salt to the cooled egg white and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped egg white into the curd dough.
STEP 7
Pour the dough into the baking dish. A silicone mold with a pattern is ideal, it will make the cake more beautiful.

Bake the pudding for 40 minutes at t=180C.
STEP 9
Sprinkle the finished pudding with powdered sugar.
STEP 10
When serving, garnish a piece of dessert with a mint leaf.
