Grind the yolk with sugar and vanilla, add cottage cheese.

Add flour and baking powder to the curd mixture.

Add a pinch of salt to the cooled egg white and beat until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped egg white into the curd dough.

Bake the pudding for 40 minutes at t=180C.

Sprinkle the finished pudding with powdered sugar.
