STEP 1
How to make deep-fried chicken nuggets from breasts? Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Clean the chicken fillet from all excess, wash and dry with paper towels. STEP 2
Cut the chicken fillet into pieces approximately 1-1.5 cm thick and 5-7 cm long. Everyone probably knows what the finished nuggets look like, so I think there will be no problems at this stage. If so, look at the photo.
STEP 3
Now start preparing the flour coating - we will have it first. To do this, mix wheat flour with dry spices and salt. Dried garlic and black pepper are excellent spices. But you can use any other spices to your liking.
STEP 4
Make the batter. To do this, beat raw eggs into a bowl.
STEP 5
Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk. Don't try to beat too hard - you just need to mix the whites and yolks until smooth. This will be the second breading.
STEP 6
The third breading is made from breadcrumbs. Place breadcrumbs into a bowl. Mix them with ground paprika and red hot pepper on the tip of a knife.
STEP 7

STEP 8
First roll each piece of chicken fillet in the first flour coating. Carefully shake off any remaining flour from the piece.
STEP 9
Dip a piece of chicken into the egg batter, making sure that the egg coats the meat on all sides.
STEP 10
Now coat the chicken in breadcrumbs and spices. Shake off the remaining breading so that nothing unnecessary gets into the deep frying. Do the same with each chicken piece, placing them on a cutting board.
STEP 11
The nuggets are ready. This way you can prepare them for future use and freeze them, and then simply take them out and fry them - very convenient and fast!
STEP 12
If you don't have a deep fryer, you can fry the nuggets in a regular saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and heat it. Carefully, being careful not to burn yourself, lower the nuggets into the boiling oil and fry them on all sides. They literally need 2-3 minutes for each side. STEP 13
Place the finished nuggets on a paper towel to remove any excess oil.
STEP 14
Serve nuggets with ketchup, red or white sauce.
