    Now start preparing the flour coating - we will have it first. To do this, mix wheat flour with dry spices and salt. Dried garlic and black pepper are excellent spices. But you can use any other spices to your liking.

    Beat the eggs with a fork or whisk. Don't try to beat too hard - you just need to mix the whites and yolks until smooth. This will be the second breading.

    The third breading is made from breadcrumbs. Place breadcrumbs into a bowl. Mix them with ground paprika and red hot pepper on the tip of a knife.

    First roll each piece of chicken fillet in the first flour coating. Carefully shake off any remaining flour from the piece.

    If you don't have a deep fryer, you can fry the nuggets in a regular saucepan or saucepan with a thick bottom. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl and heat it. Carefully, being careful not to burn yourself, lower the nuggets into the boiling oil and fry them on all sides. They literally need 2-3 minutes for each side. The deep-fried breast nuggets turned out juicy, spicy, with a crispy crust. I liked it very much! I deviated from the recipe in only one way - I didn’t add salt either to the flour or to the other layers of breading, but rather added salt to the chicken pieces themselves. The three-layer breading turns out dense, crispy, and the addition of paprika also gives it a beautiful rich color. Good recipe, I recommend it!
