Mix eggs with sugar and beat until sugar dissolves. The mass should increase 2-3 times and become very fluffy.

Add cottage cheese and beat until fluffy.
STEP 4

Add flour with baking powder and gently knead the dough until smooth.
STEP 5

Place the dough in a greased baking pan.

Place apple slices on top, drowning them a little in the dough. Let it brew for 15 minutes.

Curd charlotte with five eggs and apples turned out right the first time. I made 2/3 of the volume according to the recipe: 3 eggs C0, 120g. flour, 120g. sugar, 180 g of cottage cheese 9% "Ivan Poddubny", 12 g of baking powder. I didn't take it out of the mold carefully and tore it a little in the center. You had to wait until it cooled down and then take it out. The dough is light, airy, not very sweet. Tasty, but not for everyone. The dough has a faint smell of curd acid. It’s possible that this is cottage cheese. My daughter and I liked it, but my wife didn’t like the smell of cottage cheese in the charlotte. I’ll definitely take note of this recipe. We will bake for the holidays. I recommend the recipe. Easy to make and delicious.
