Grind butter at room temperature with sugar. Add the egg.

Add flour, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Add flour gradually - the dough should not be very stiff. Soft to the touch.

Knead. Place the finished dough in the refrigerator for 20-30 minutes

Let's start filling. Separate the yolks from the whites. Beat the yolks with sugar. .
STEP 6

Add cottage cheese, starch and mix with a mixer. If the cottage cheese was ground through a sieve, until large lumps disappeared. The mass should be homogeneous.
STEP 7

In a separate pan, beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Carefully add the whites to the curd mass and mix with a spatula. Do not use a mixer!!!
STEP 8

Prepare the bowl - cut 2 strips of parchment paper approximately 7*50. Lay it out crosswise
STEP 9

Take the dough out of the refrigerator. Fill the bowl with your hands. The sides are about 7 cm.
STEP 10

Pour out the curd mass

We decorate the top with our berries or fruits. Cook in the “Baking” mode for 60 minutes. When ready, let sit for another 1 hour.
