STEP 1
Break the eggs into a saucepan.

Add flour, vegetable oil, milk, salt to taste and beat everything with a mixer.

Chop the crab sticks, you can grate them on a fine grater.
STEP 4
Add them to the egg mixture. Add chopped dill here, about 2 tablespoons.

Mix well.
STEP 6
Place baking paper on a baking sheet and grease it with vegetable oil.
STEP 7
Pour the prepared mixture. Distribute it evenly and place the baking sheet in the oven. Bake for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

While the omelette is preparing, prepare the filling. To do this, grate the cheese and eggs on a fine grater.
STEP 9
Grind the garlic using a press. Chop the dill and combine everything.
STEP 10
Season with mayonnaise and mix thoroughly. You can add additional chopped crab sticks, bell peppers and whatever you want to it - it’s a matter of taste.
STEP 11
We take the finished omelette out of the oven, let it cool slightly and carefully remove it from the paper.
STEP 12
Then distribute the filling over the entire surface.
STEP 13
And roll it into a roll. Wrap the roll in cling film and keep in the refrigerator for 5-6 hours.
STEP 14
Slice when serving. The appetizer is ready.
