Don't forget to sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar! I've been wanting to try making something with mango for a long time. The choice fell on this cheesecake. The combination of cottage cheese with apple-mango filling seemed very interesting to me. It is better to take apples for cake that are juicy, but slightly sour - semerinka, granny smith. Then the cake will turn out not cloying and quite moist.
