Cottage cheesecake with mango and apple
Don't forget to sprinkle the finished cake with powdered sugar! I've been wanting to try making something with mango for a long time. The choice fell on this cheesecake. The combination of cottage cheese with apple-mango filling seemed very interesting to me. It is better to take apples for cake that are juicy, but slightly sour - semerinka, granny smith. Then the cake will turn out not cloying and quite moist.

Step-by-step preparation

Dough.

Sift flour with starch, baking powder, soda and salt.

Combine soft butter with sugar and cottage cheese.
STEP 4

Beat everything until smooth and creamy.

Add eggs one at a time, beating well each time.

Add the flour mixture to the dough in parts. Mix everything well.

The dough should be quite slightly dense.

Filling.

Peel the apple, remove the seeds and cut into small cubes.
STEP 10

Peel the mango, remove the pit. Cut the pulp into small pieces
STEP 11

Mix fruit with sugar and starch.
STEP 12

Mix.

Place half of the batter into a rectangular cake pan. Flatten.
STEP 14

Place fruit filling on it.
STEP 15

Spread the remaining dough on top. Bake the cake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 45 minutes.
