    Add the remaining half of the flour in parts, stirring the dough after each portion. The dough will become thick and will need to be kneaded with your hands. It is possible that not all the flour stated in the recipe will be used, check the consistency of the dough. I don't have much left. The dough should become smooth, homogeneous, but soft and not sticky.

    Line a baking tray with baking paper. Form the dough into walnut-sized balls, then flatten them slightly. Place them on a baking sheet, leaving space between them, as the cookies will increase in size during baking.

Thanks for the recipe. I like the idea with jam, I'll try it. When I need to bake something for tea, but there are no eggs or sour cream in the house, I bake regular oatmeal cookies. Delicious with tea!

I have saved this recipe for a long time. Finally made it when I had to use last year’s raspberry jam, which I used as a basis. I liked the recipe because the cookies are made without eggs or butter. It's easy to prepare and very quick. I made the cookies twice. The first time I didn’t read the recipe enough, and, as a result, I didn’t add enough flour, and also left it in the oven too long. In the end, the cookies turned out delicious, but very hard. The second time I was more attentive to baking cookies, the result was a very tasty cookie with a hard crust and a soft center with a pronounced raspberry flavor. I liked the recipe, but I still wish the cookies were even softer inside. I will experiment. Here is my photo report)))

Very quick, easy to prepare cookies. Now I know for sure that I need to cook 2 servings at once. 15 pieces were not enough for us 🤣 I barely had time to take a photo 🤭🤭
