I read the recipe and decided to try this borscht. Here in Central Asia the heat has already arrived and cold borscht is just right after work. True, I also added chopped boiled chicken meat, since men always demand meat. The borscht was received with a bang! Okroshka was forgotten and for the next dinner the household again ordered village borscht, but they already asked for it with meat.
