First of all, prepare the necessary ingredients with spices to prepare a light, cold, reddish soup from pureed fresh vegetables.
STEP 2
To prepare summer tomato soup, take one kilogram of ripe tomatoes and place them in a large container, then pour boiling water over them for fifteen seconds, then drain the water and as soon as the tomatoes have cooled a little, make cuts on them and remove the skin.
STEP 3
Remove the stems of the tomatoes and cut them into large random pieces, then take a large bowl and place the chopped tomatoes in it.
STEP 4
Peel and wash one bell pepper, then cut half into large pieces and place in a bowl with chopped tomatoes.
STEP 5
Cut half of the peeled cucumber into large pieces and place in a common bowl, then add two cloves of garlic, cut into slices.

Add half a teaspoon of wine or balsamic vinegar, one third of a teaspoon of Abkhaz adjika, salt to taste and three tablespoons of lemon juice to a bowl of vegetables.
