STEP 1

How to make oven-baked cod steaks? It's very simple. To begin, prepare the necessary ingredients according to the list. Steaks of any white or red fish are suitable for this recipe. You can take fresh or frozen fish. Frozen fish must first be defrosted by transferring it from the freezer to the bottom shelf of the refrigerator. STEP 2

Wash the cod and dry it. Sprinkle with fish spices, nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour in vegetable oil and lemon juice. Leave to marinate for 20 minutes. Instead of steaks, you can use boneless fish fillets.
STEP 3

Wash the broccoli and separate into florets. Pour boiling water over the cabbage and leave for 5 minutes. Then drain the water.
STEP 4

Peel the onion and cut into not very thin rings.
STEP 5

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices.
STEP 6

Boil the potatoes in boiling salted water for 5-7 minutes until half cooked. Then drain the water.
STEP 7

STEP 8
