Very tasty cutlets, the hardest part of cooking for me was to separate the fish from the bones, I specifically took cod fillets, but there were bones there too. They are prepared quite quickly and easily

The only thing is that when I beat the eggs, I separate the whites and yolks. And sometimes I add a little lard, but not always. But what really stood out about this recipe was the homemade sauce.
