Rinse potatoes and carrots well in running water to remove dirt, and then boil in boiling water for 20-25 minutes until soft. Drain the hot water from the prepared vegetables and leave them to cool. Also, boil chicken meat in boiling water in advance for 30 minutes, and eggs for 7-8 minutes. Cool everything completely.

    Peel the onion and chop finely. Then fill it with half and half vinegar and water so that it marinates a little. This will help remove the bitterness from the onions. Peel the potatoes and carrots. This can be done conveniently by scraping off the boiled peel with a sharp knife.

    This salad can be prepared in layers or simply mixed with all the chopped ingredients. I will prepare the salad by placing layers in a ring. To do this, place the ring directly on a serving plate. Place the first layer of boiled chicken meat, cut into pieces. Lubricate this layer and all subsequent ones with mayonnaise.

    Mushrooms for salad can be used either pickled or salted. I take pickled champignons. Mushrooms must be cut and placed in the next layer.

An incredibly tasty salad, a classic salad with chicken and mushrooms! We don’t really like layered salads, so I cut all the ingredients for the salad into cubes, grated the cheese and just combined everything in a salad bowl. The usual eggs and vegetables - carrots, potatoes, onions - in combination with spicy cheese, home-made marinated honey mushrooms and chicken meat baked with aromatic spices ultimately give a unique, interesting taste. This is the second time I’ve added pickled mushrooms to the salad using a recipe from the site and I like it more and more. Dill added a fresh note.
