STEP 1
We prepare the ingredients, remove all products from the refrigerator in advance.
STEP 2
We make the base from the dough. Grind butter with sugar.
STEP 3
Add the sifted flour and knead the dough. Add a little water so that the dough does not crumble. There is no need to knead the dough for a long time, it should be soft. You can put it in the refrigerator for half an hour, then it will be more elastic.
STEP 4
But you can immediately start working with it while it is soft and pliable. Grease the mold with oil. And with our hands we carefully stretch the dough along the bottom of the pan, forming small sides. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Bake the dough base for about 7 minutes.
STEP 5
Prepare the curd filling. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until the sugar dissolves.
STEP 6
Add cream and grind with a blender into a homogeneous curd mass.
STEP 7
Beat in the eggs and beat thoroughly.
STEP 8
Remove the dough base from the oven and let it cool.
STEP 9
Spread the curd cream onto the dough, to the edges. And bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
STEP 10
Remove the cheesecake and cool well.
STEP 11
Serve with berry syrup and fresh raspberries. Bon appetit!
