Chocolate Honey cake without rolling out the cake layers

STEP 1

CAKE: Beat eggs with sugar until fluffy white mass, 5-10 minutes.
STEP 2

Add melted honey and stir.
STEP 3

Combine flour with cocoa and baking powder, mix, add to egg mixture.
STEP 4

Beat until smooth.
STEP 5

Line a baking sheet with parchment, grease with oil, lay out the dough, and smooth with a spatula.
STEP 6

Bake the cake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees. Check readiness with a wooden skewer.
STEP 7

CREAM: Combine condensed milk and butter at room temperature, stir with a whisk until smooth.
STEP 8

CAKE: Trim the edges of the cake, cut it into four parts.
STEP 9

Grease all the cake layers and the top and sides with cream and place in the refrigerator for an hour.
STEP 10

Remove the cake and smooth out the cream with a spatula.
STEP 11

Decorate with grated dark chocolate. You can put it in the refrigerator for soaking for 4 hours or more.
