Chocolate cupcake with cherries

Wash the cherries, remove the pits.

Pour 30 g of sugar over the berries and pour in liqueur. Mix.

Leave overnight in the refrigerator.

Dough.

Pour sifted cocoa into the water and stir until smooth.

Warm up slightly.
STEP 8

Beat the eggs with the remaining sugar into a fluffy light mass.
STEP 9

Sift flour with baking soda and baking powder.
STEP 10

Add part of the flour, part of the cocoa and part of the vegetable oil to the egg mixture and carefully mix with a spatula from top to bottom so that the dough does not settle.
STEP 11

In the same way, mix in the remaining flour, cocoa and vegetable oil.
STEP 12

Drain the berries in a colander.
STEP 13

Add berries to the dough. Mix.
STEP 14

Bake for about 50 minutes at 180°C.
STEP 15

Cool the finished cake slightly in the pan, turn it out onto a wire rack and let it cool completely.
