Chocolate brownie in a slow cooker

Chocoholics, don't pass by! You will definitely love this recipe! American brownies have become beloved by chocoholics all over the world. At its core, a brownie is a cross between a cake, a cupcake, or even a cookie. In general, whatever one may say, it is very, very tasty! Preparing brownies is very simple, the main thing is to take high-quality dark chocolate, because all the taste will come from it, so if the chocolate is not very good, then the brownie will turn out so-so... By the way, you can increase the amount of sugar to 200 g or reduce to 100 g , depending on how sweet your desserts are. I baked brownies in a Binatone MUC-2180 multicooker with a power of 1300 W, bowl diameter 22 cm. If you don’t have a multicooker, then feel free to bake the brownies in the oven at 180 C for about 25-30 minutes (check readiness with a skewer).

Ingredients

ServingsServings: 8

Step-by-step preparation

Cooking timeCooking time: 1 hr 15 mins
  1. STEP 1

    STEP 1

    Prepare brownie ingredients.

  2. STEP 2

    STEP 2

Place the butter and broken dark chocolate into a bowl.

  3. STEP 3

    STEP 3

Melt the chocolate and butter in a microwave or water bath. If you heat it in the microwave, heat the mixture for 10-15 seconds, stirring it well each time. If you heat in a water bath, then the bottom of the bowl with chocolate should not reach the boiling water! Set the resulting chocolate mixture aside to cool slightly.

  4. STEP 4

    STEP 4

Meanwhile, you can chop the nuts (I used a mortar, but you can chop them with a knife, using a food processor, or using a rolling pin).

  5. STEP 5

    STEP 5

Add sugar and eggs to the cooled chocolate and butter.

  6. STEP 6

    STEP 6

Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Try to ensure that the sugar is completely dissolved, but if suddenly small crystals remain, it’s okay.

  7. STEP 7

    STEP 7

Sift flour, cocoa powder and a pinch of baking powder into a bowl.

  8. STEP 8

    STEP 8

Mix the dough thoroughly with a whisk until smooth. There should be no flour lumps in the dough!

  9. STEP 9

    STEP 9

At the very end, add the chopped nuts and mix well again. The dough is ready.

  10. STEP 10

    STEP 10

Grease the multicooker pan with oil and sprinkle with a thin layer of flour or line with baking paper.

  11. STEP 11

    STEP 11

On the baking mode, bake the brownies for 45-60 minutes or longer (I indicate the time as a guide, as it may vary significantly depending on the model of your multicooker).

  12. STEP 12

    STEP 12

Carefully remove the finished brownies from the pan and transfer to a wire rack or steaming rack and leave to cool completely.

  13. STEP 13

    STEP 13

That's all, a delicious and very chocolate brownie is ready. Before serving, you can cut it into portions.

  14. STEP 14

    STEP 14

And for an even more chocolatey taste, you can serve it with chocolate sauce! Bon appetit!

Hello! I noticed a recipe for chocolate brownies in a slow cooker. I usually bake chocolate sponge cake, but I wanted something chocolate-chocolate. I didn’t have chocolate bars at home, and I didn’t want to go out into the cold to the store, so I found this ratio for replacing chocolate bars with good quality cocoa: if you need 100 g of chocolate, you need to mix 9 tablespoons cocoa powder with 3 tablespoons of odorless vegetable oil. Still, sunflower oil is lighter than butter, so I often replace one with the other in recipes: 150 g of butter corresponds to half a glass of vegetable oil. I sift the flour with cocoa and add half a teaspoon of soda, mix everything thoroughly. To the eggs I add citric acid on the tip of a teaspoon, a pinch of salt and sunflower oil. It is important to beat thoroughly with a mixer until it becomes an emulsion, then the finished baked goods will not have a buttery taste. Then I add sugar, continuing to beat with a mixer, until the sugar crystals dissolve. I pour the flour mixture into the butter-egg mixture and continue to mix with a whisk by hand. The dough turned out to be quite thick, I mixed it with walnut kernels crushed in a mortar. I put the dough in a round mold with a diameter of 26 cm. I baked it in the oven at 180 degrees in convection mode for 25 minutes. A very fragrant chocolate brownie turned out with a crispy crust and tender, slightly moist inside and of course very tasty with nuts. Usually children rush to fresh baked goods instantly, I cut off a quarter for them to eat , and put the rest in a plastic bag so that the pie could brew and become even more tasty and rich. Thank you very much for the recipe!

I made chocolate brownie in a slow cooker for tea for dessert. I decided to experiment and replace the dark chocolate with white chocolate. I was naive and thought that because of white chocolate I would get white! biscuit) hilarious and I don’t understand how I decided it myself 🤔I probably really wanted a snow-white brownie 😆The recipe is very easy to prepare. First I melted the white chocolate. Then I mixed everything as described in the recipe. Added the roasted hazelnuts and poured the dough into a multicooker bowl lined with parchment. Cooked for 50 minutes in the “baking” mode. Everything turned out great, the only thing is that the top is light, not ruddy. But this is usually how it is baked in a slow cooker. This was a moist, sweet and delicious white chocolate hazelnut brownie. Wonderful recipe! Thanks to the author 😊

I would still like to know the power of the m/v and its volume in order to be guided by time and quantity of products. You can't tell from the photo what the diameter of the bowl is, thank you.

Great, simple recipe!!! Everything worked out the first time! Very tasty and fast. (Multi-cooker Polaris - pmc 0310ad) In the "Baking" mode, an hour and a half until completely baked.
