    Finely chop the leek, throw it into a frying pan with butter and fry for about ten minutes, adding finely chopped garlic. Remove the finished onion from the pan. Instead, put all the butter and melt it.

    Add flour to oil and fry while stirring until light brown.

    Pour in the broth and wine and bring to a boil. Cover with a lid, reduce heat and simmer for 4 minutes. The sauce is ready.

    Pour the grated cheese into the pan - all the Cheddar, and only 125 grams of Gruyere. Pour in the cream, salt and pepper to taste. Bring to a boil, stirring.

    Now we lower the lasagna sheets into hot water, hold them there for a little while and immediately transfer them to drain and dry.

    Prepare the baking dish. Apply our sauce as the first layer, cover it with a sheet of dough, then add chicken, onion, grated Parmesan and more sauce. Cover again with a sheet of lasagna and repeat the entire sequence until all layers have been laid out. Now sprinkle the sauce with Gruyere cheese and peanuts. Place in the oven for about 45 minutes.
