Chicken kebab on skewers in the oven is so bright that I immediately wanted to cook it. I replaced the tereyaki sauce with soy sauce and added sugar. I added eggplant slices onto two skewers. I didn’t have time, so I only marinated for 1 hour, but the fillet was perfectly soaked, soft and juicy. Cooked for 30 minutes, turning twice. The fillet was evenly lightly browned on both sides. We ate it with appetite with fresh vegetables. I liked the kebabs, delicious, especially the pepper. Thank you.
