So the recipe for chicken fillet with mushrooms and cheese in the oven turned into a recipe for cooking pork fillet. Great dish! The family is delighted! My husband asked - are we having a holiday? The dish is truly festive. Very tasty, juicy, aromatic and beautiful. Made from lean pork. I chopped off pieces of meat and seasoned with chopped garlic and dried basil. Placed fried champignons and onions on top of the meat. Topped with grated cheese. I baked it for 50 minutes in the oven, making a mold with sides out of foil and covering it on top with foil too. Then removed the foil and baked for another 10 minutes. I increased the cooking time due to the nature of my oven. It turned out amazing! The meat was well baked, soft and tasty.
